Fire Incident Reports
To request a fire incident report, provide the incident address, approximate date, and incident number if available.
Fire incident reports may contain information that must be withheld or redacted under Florida law. Medical and patient care records are subject to additional confidentiality requirements and are not available for unrestricted public disclosure.
Electronic Delivery and Inspection
When practical, records will be provided electronically by email, depending on file size and the format in which the District maintains them. For larger files or other formats, we will discuss available delivery options.
You may also request to inspect available public records. Contact the District to coordinate a reasonable time and location.
